Freeze Dried Eggs from our very own chickens here at Wicks Chicks. These freeze dried eggs make cooking easy and you never need to worry about having fresh eggs in your fridge. Use in baking, to make scrambled eggs, quiche, etc.
2 tablespoons of egg powder = 1 egg. 
Just add powder to equal parts water, mix and cook as you normally would use eggs.
